Guided Tour of the “Jean Cocteau: The Juggler’s Revenge” exhibition

The museum’s Curatorial Assistant, Ambra Dantone, and Curatorial Intern, Anna Pandini, lead guided tours of the exhibition dedicated to Jean Cocteau.

Jean Cocteau: The Juggler’s Revenge traces the development of Jean Cocteau’s unique and highly personal aesthetics though the key moments of his tumultuous career, highlighting the artist’s versatility, the multiple juggling acts that distinguished his production, which often drew criticism from his contemporaries. The exhibition presents the French artist’s unique and eclectic approach through an extraordinary variety of media, which includes drawings, graphics, jewelry, tapestries, historical documents, books, magazines, photographs, documentaries, and films.
