The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is an ideal venue for events thanks to its unique location, rich history, and extraordinary appeal.
Located on the Grand Canal in the heart of Venice, the museum offers the opportunity to enjoy 20th-century masterpieces in a striking setting, the former residence of the American collector and patron of the arts Peggy Guggenheim.
Palazzo Venier dei Leoni is the only unfinished building along the Grand Canal. This oddity also makes it one of very few places with a panoramic roof terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. Guests can also enjoy the quiet and beautiful atmosphere of the Nasher Sculpture Garden, which includes iconic sculptures from the collection.
Exclusive evenings
Private or corporate events such as cocktail receptions or dinners can take place when the museum is closed to the public everyday from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm, except Tuesday. Exclusive evenings can be organized on the panoramic roof terrace, in the Nasher Sculpture Garden, and in the Museum Café, the latter for small groups only.
Events while the museum is open to the public
When the museum is open to the public (10 am to 6 pm) breakfast, brunch, or private luncheon events can be held on the panoramic roof terrace.
