On Sunday, October 22, the Guggenheim museums of Venice, New York, and Bilbao jointly present the seventh edition of Drawing the Guggenheim, a global drawing session for visitors of all ages to discover the three museums and the iconic spaces that host them.

Open Your Eyes, Get Inspired, and Draw!
Visitors of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection will receive a pencil and paper from the ticket office to sketch their favorite spots in Palazzo Venier dei Leoni.

  • Participants are invited to share their drawings and experiences with the hashtag #DrawingTheGuggenheim.
Free presentations for visitors

Each presentation lasts 15 minutes. Places are limited. No registration required.

Peggy Talk
A presentation on the life of Peggy Guggenheim

12 pm The Unfinished Palace
Peggy Guggenheim’s former home, which today houses the collection, has a long history dating back to its construction in 1749. Visitors can learn all there is to know about Palazzo Venier dei Leoni through a presentation taking place in the museum's Sculpture Garden.

free workshop for children

From 3 to 4:30 pm, children aged 4 to 10 can take part in a free creative workshop titled The Unfinished Palace. Booking required, available from October 16.
