Peggy Guggenheim Birthday Concert

Quartetto Prometeo, winner of the Silver Lion Award at the Venice Biennale Music Festival in 2012, performs live at the concert that celebrates Peggy Guggenheim’s birthday each year. The quartet was formed in 1993, and has since distinguished itself on the national and international stage, playing in some of the world’s most important concert halls and festivals, including Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Musikverein, Wigmore Hall, Aldeburgh Festival, Prague Spring Festival, Mecklenburg Festival, Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Roma, Società del Quartetto di Milano, Amici della Musica di Firenze, and Teatro La Fenice.
