Ambra D’Antone, Curatorial Assistant, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, guides members on a tour of Jean Cocteau: The Juggler’s Revenge.

The temporary exhibition dedicated to the French artist traces the development of his highly unique and personal aesthetic, alongside the highlights of his turbulent artistic career, and explores the versatility—the multiple juggling acts—that often attracted the criticism of his contemporaries. The exhibition features a surprising variety of media—drawings, graphics, jewelry, tapestries, historical documents, books, magazines, photographs, documentaries, and films—that testify to the artist’s incredible and unique eclecticism.

Following the tour, participants can enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the Museum Café.
