Both corporate events and private receptions can be held.

The museum does not make its facilities available to third parties for press conferences or award ceremonies. Likewise, fundraising, benefits, fashion shows, merchandising, political or promotional events are not permitted.

Wedding celebrations and receptions are not permitted.

Events may begin at 6:30pm, once the museum is closed to the public. The panoramic Roof Terrace is the only location where events may be held during the day, in one of the following time slots: 9am-12pm; 11am-2pm; 12pm-3pm.

The museum is available from 6:30pm to 11:30pm. Extensions are subject to advance authorization and extra cost. The museum is not available after 12:30am.

The Nasher Sculpture Garden is available for set-ups beginning at 5:30pm; the Museum Café at 6pm; the panoramic Roof Terrace may be available before 5:30pm if approved by the Special Events Department.

The Museum Café/Ai Gondolieri is the authorized caterer for events on its premises. Any other company indicated by the client must be approved in advance by the Special Events Department. For information or estimates please contact the Museum Café.

The museum can provide a maximum electrical power of 5KW in triphase. If more power is required, the client is responsible for requesting an additional supply from the electric company. The museum does not provide technical equipment, such as audio systems, microphones, lighting, etc., which should be rented from museum-approved suppliers.

The Nasher Sculpture Garden and the panoramic Roof Terrace are both open-air, outdoor locations. The only indoor back-up space is offered by the Museum Café for a maximum of 50 people, for either cocktails or dinner. The large umbrellas on the panoramic Roof Terrace can operate under light rain only. For events with more than 50 guests, we recommend you outsource an external back-up location in case of bad weather.
