Exhibition description:
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, in collaboration with the Soprintendenza ai Beni Artistici e Storici di Venezia, presented a series of exhibitions during the winter season featuring many works from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. This first exhibition was dedicated to ten works by Jackson Pollock, completed between 1942 and 1947.
