Visit the Lagoon
Visit the Lagoon

Participants will visit the Island of Sant’Erasmo to examine salt marshes and discuss climate changes.

This is the first meeting of the Venezia è Laguna program organized with the independent, non-profit organization We Are Here Venice which studies and raises awareness on the preservation of the city and its lagoon and is also a member of ASviS, the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development.

The program is free and designed for young adults but open to all. It focuses on the symbiotic and decisive relationship between Venice and its lagoon and on how specific Goals of the UN 20130 Agenda are essential in designing a more sustainable future for the city.
