"Utopia Island." Workshop for Teachers

Utopia Island is a training workshop for teachers of all grade levels, inspired by one of the courses offered in this year’s A scuola di Guggenheim program.

The workshop aims to encourage reflections on the daily classroom practices. By translating words and thoughts into physical form, participants will create Utopia Island, a sculptural landscape filled with individual and collective ideas related to educational practices.

The workshop is curated and designed by teaching artists Giulia Filippi and Virginia di Lazzaro.

• The workshop is in Italian, takes place at the museum, and lasts two hours.
