Alessandra Montalbetti will lead members of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection on a tour of three contemporary exhibitions taking place in Venice’s Dorsoduro neighborhood
A day dedicated to contemporary art and the discovery of four international artists. The tour starts with Korean Artist, Chun Kwang Young’s impressive Installations, sculptures, and reliefs made from mulberry paper, at Palazzo Contarini Polignac. It then moves on to Palazzo Cini, with the exhibition dedicated to German artist, Joseph Beuys, who regarded art as the cure for the evils of society. Finally, it ends with a comparison between artists Arnulf Rainer (Baden bei Wien, 1929) and Emilio Vedova (Venice, 1919-2006), at the Fondazione Vedova.
