Sara Oswald in Concert
Sara Oswald in Concert

On the occasion of the New Echo System project, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, in collaboration with Pro Helvetia Venezia, hosts a performance by Swiss cellist and composer Sara Oswald.

Through her distinctively contemporary approach to cello playing, sometimes accompanied by counterpoint or songlike singing, Oswald stages powerful and evocative performances which generate a rich cinematic atmosphere.

The museum will be open from 7 pm, and participants will be able to visit the permanent collection and the temporary exhibition until 8 pm.

Participation is free, but places are limited. Booking is required from July 1.
Should places run out online, last-minute admission might be made available at the museum entrance if bookings are not taken up.

In case of rain, the event will take place at Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi.
The change in location will be announced before the show on Pro Helvetica Venezia and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection’s social media channels.
