Carolina Cucinelli
Carolina Cucinelli was born in Perugia. After obtaining a high school in Fashion and Costume Design, she joined her family’s business as a member of the Women’s Style team. Here she put her skills into practice, designing accessories and ready-to-wear clothing. In 2016, she joined the Digital Commerce and Communications team, where her expertise of the company’s products and her passion for design were crucial to ensuring the digital representation of the brand stayed true to the Bruno Cucinelli philosophy. She understands the importance of art, education, and entertainment, and the valuable enrichment that it can bring to people. One of her most notable projects is “Be Your Change,” a content series featuring famous personalities voicing the brand’s values, that touches upon themes such as hope, courage, and the future. She was also involved in the “Human Artisans of the Web” project, which aims to combine ancient knowledge-seeking traditions with new information-sharing platforms. She focused specifically on the creation of the brand’s e-commerce platform and the restructuring of the company's official website. In 2021, she played a significant role in developing an important collaboration between Brunello Cucinelli and Oliver Peoples, a historic eyewear brand from Los Angeles. She was also involved in the restoration of the hamlet of Solomeo, where the company is headquartered and developed an arts program to foster a sense of community. She is committed to following in her father’s footsteps, subscribing to his idea that culture leads to a better quality of life.
ILARIA GASPARI
Ilaria Gaspari was born in Milan. She studied philosophy at the Scuola Normale di Pisa and was awarded a PhD from by Paris I Penthéon-Sorbonne University. In 2015 she published her first novel, Etica dell’aquario (Voland). This was followed by Ragioni e sentimenti. L’amore preso con filosofia (Sonzogno) in 2018; Lezioni di felicità. Esercizi filosofici per il buon uso della vita (Einaudi) in 2019, translated into various languages; and Vita segreta delle Emozioni (Einaudi) in May 2021, which is currently being translated. She has collaborated with various newspapers and Rai Radio 3, and runs writing workshops at Scuola Holden in Turin and Scuola Omero in Rome.
