Guided Tour of the "Rivoluzione Vedova" Exhibition
Guided Tour of the "Rivoluzione Vedova" Exhibition

“Vedova is a contemporary who still inspires us: in his life as in his art, he combined ethics and aesthetics, placing man at the center of his speculations. In tune with the
infinite constellations of the universe, he revolutionized painting with his highly original approach.”

This is how exhibition curator Gabriella Belli describes the artistic production of Venetian artist Emilio Vedova. Through 130 works—including installations, paintings, and other media—the exhibition presents the artist's poetics and traces the evolution of his pictorial language from the postwar era to the current century. Man was always the focus of his work, a centrality which is highlighted by the exhibition’s layout. Designed by the Alvisi Kirimoto architecture studio, the exhibition displays the works chronologically at the center of the gallery, allowing visitors to enjoy an immersive, 360-degree experience of the artist's production.
