Guided Tour of the Exhibition "Erwin Wurm. Dreamers," at Museo Fortuny

Educator Christine Knapp guides members on tours of the first exhibition in Italy dedicated to Erwin Wurm, one of the foremost figures of contemporary sculpture.

Renowned for his sharp and ironic approach, Wurm has radically broadened the concept of sculpture, challenging notions of time, mass, and surface, as well as abstraction and representation. The exhibition brings together key works from different decades, from the artist’s early investigations to the famous One Minute Sculpture, which transform simple gestures and everyday objects into contemporary works of art.
