Stop, take a deep breath and observe. Following these three instructions will allow participants to channel their thoughts towards feelings of calm. Through an up-close observation of the minimal and conceptual works of Cy Twombly, Agnes Martin and Donald Judd, children will experiment with different meditation practices that will help stimulate their concentration, and enter into a silent state of peace and tranquility.
