At the museum

• It is advisable to purchase tickets online by choosing the preferred entry time slot until it is sold out. Tickets can also be purchased at the museum's ticket office, subject to availability.
• Individual and corporate members of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection should present their Membership Card at the entrance desk in order to access the museum and skip possible lines. No advance registration required.
• We kindly ask you to be on time to collect your tickets.
• Large items—such as bags, backpacks, suitcases, or any other large objects that might compromise the safety of the works of art on view—are not allowed inside the museum. Any item may be refused entry at the discretion of the Security Staff.

GUIDED TOURS

• Guided tours, taking place between 10 am and 5 pm, can be booked by emailing booking@guggenheim-venice.it
• Tours can be booked in various languages, based on the availability of the guides.
• Guided tours with private guides are permitted, but the museum must be contacted beforehand at booking@guggenheim-venice.it

What guidelines must I follow to help create a safe and respectful community?

The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our expert team works hard to maintain an inspiring and safe experience for you, and we ask for your help and cooperation in doing so.

During your visit, please follow all instructions from our staff, and note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for individuals who engage in verbally abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening statements or behavior. Conduct that poses any risk to the health or safety of other visitors or the museum’s staff, or any risk to the artworks, collections, or the building is also prohibited.

Visitors may not engage in disruptive conduct that interferes with or detracts from the experience of other museum visitors. In this spirit, running, rough play, and distracting behavior such as the unauthorized playing of music and video, unauthorized performances, the use of sound amplification and noisemakers (except for assistive-listening devices), and charitable solicitations, leafleting, signature gathering, picketing, and press conferences by visitors are prohibited.

The museum will refuse or revoke the admission of any visitor whose conduct it believes violates these guidelines.

Visitors with discounted online tickets must show a valid ID proving eligibility at the museum ticket office.

The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is located on the Grand Canal between the Accademia Bridge and the Church of Santa Maria della Salute.
