You will receive your digital Membership Card via email within two working days.

Yes, issuing digital cards allows us to reduce our ecological footprint, limiting the production of plastic and paper and lowering emissions involved in the delivery of physical cards. However, you can continue using your physical Membership Card for as long as it is valid.

If you prefer to continue using a physical Membership Card, you can request one by emailing membership@guggenheim-venice and collect it no sooner than two working days later at the museum’s Ticket Office.

Your digital card will be attached as a PDF file to your welcome email. You can save it in your smartphone’s “Download” or “Documents” folder, or in your smartphone’s wallet by opening the PDF file and selecting that option.
