The provision of your personal data is optional; nevertheless, if you refuse to provide your data, this will make it impossible to execute this Document. The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation undertakes to keep the data and information you transmit confidential and not to disclose them to unauthorized persons, use them for purposes other than those for which they have been collected or transmit them to third parties other than those listed below. Your personal data may be transmitted to employees, external personnel or suppliers of The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation in Venice, as well as to all persons and entities to whom they are to be transmitted in accordance with current legislation for the correct performance of the obligations related to the execution of this Document and, in any case, within the limits up to which transmission is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above. The Owner will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in any case for no more than 10 years for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Marketing Purposes. Users may exercise the rights laid down in Articles 15 et seg. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 at any time, including the right to obtain access to their personal data, to rectify or erase them and to limit or object to their processing; Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
