The Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Sustainable Development Festival

The Peggy Guggenheim Collection has been promoting its mission—to interpret art and explore contemporary ideas, such as quality education, social inclusion, gender equality, respect for cultural heritage and the environment—since it opened in 1980, through its exhibitions and public programs. Hence, in 2018 it joined ASviS, the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development, which raises awareness on the 17 Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda. On the occasion of the Sustainable Development Festival organized by ASviS, the museum will present online and onsite activities.
