Every year, during the summer months, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection takes part in the Estate a Palazzo program.
Estate a Palazzo is a cultural initiative dedicated to seniors over 75 and was conceived by the “Red Carpet for All” association under the auspices of the City of Venice.
Seniors over 75 are given the opportunity to join a free guided tour of the museum before it opens to the public. The tour is conceived as an enjoyable conversation in front of works of art, led by art historian Roberta Paulon and psychologist Valentina Paulon. After the tour, the participants can enjoy a complementary breakfast together. The aim of the program is to provide a shared experience designed to increase the participants’ personal wellbeing.
The program is in Italian and is free, but advance booking is required.
