What kind of events can I hold at the PGC?
Both corporate events and private receptions can be held.

What time can the event start?
After the closing of our museum to the public, the event can start at 6:30 p.m. Events during PGC opening hours are limited to the roof terrace, starting 10 a.m.

How long do events last?
Receptions may run from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., though extensions can be granted for an additional fee, but in no case after 12:30 a.m.

Which caterer can I use?
The PGC designates the Museum Café as the authorized caterer for events on its premises. Any other company indicated by the client must be approved by Museum Management in advance. For information or estimate please call +39 041.522.8688 or e-mail info@museumcafe.it

Can I have a private visit of an exhibition?
Private visits are possible everyday, except Tuesdays, from 9 to 10 a.m., and from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The PGC is glad to keep its galleries open anytime you host an event so that you can offer to your guests a private visit of the permanent collection and the temporary exhibition.

May I host a press conference, product launch or fundraising event at the PGC?
The museum does not make its facilities available to third parties for press conferences or award ceremonies. Likewise, fundraising, benefits, fashion shows, merchandising, political or promotional events are not permitted.

Can I get married at the PGC?
Wedding celebrations and receptions are not permitted.

Energy supply / Technical equipment
The museum's electrical supply can provide a maximum of 5kw in triphase. If more energy is required, the client must personally request an additional supply from the electricity company. The museum does not provide technical equipment; microphones and audiosystems can be rented from our list of approved vendors.
