The library’s computerized system has catalogued over 90 exhibitions, managing the locations, quantities, formats, as well as indexing posters and pamphlets produced by the collection from the 1980s onwards. The foundation has been cataloguing this information with the National Library Service since July 2006.
Video and DVD collection
A computerized database allows retrieval of key information on about 250 titles (mostly VHS tapes).
A large project for the conservation and digitization currently produced about 1500 high-resolution images (and their low-resolution files) to report major funds photographic material:
- Images of the artworks of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection
- Roloff Beny photographs
- Bianconero/CameraPhoto photographs
- Personal photographs
- Images from various sources
