EFG Private Banking

EFG is an international group that provides private banking and asset management services. It is based in Zurich and operates in 40 countries across the world. In 2017, EFG acquired and integrated BSI, a long-standing patron of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Since 2001, BSI has been contributing to the fund for the gradual structural expansion of the museum. Between 2001 and 2011, BSI (now EFG) supported several Peggy Guggenheim Collection exhibitions, including Robert Rauschenberg. Gluts at Villa Panza, Varese (2010-2011); Ethnopassion. In 2016, BSI (now EFG) supported the research and restoration project for one of the Collection's most beloved artworks, The Studio by Pablo Picasso from 1928. EFG will continue its collaboration with the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and support its growth in the coming years.

In 2017 EFG supported the research and restoration project of Woman in a Sailor Shirt (La femme en blouse marine) by Amedeo Modiglianifrom 1916.
