The title of this lively image refers to a brown aerial propeller near the center of the composition. It is attached to the fuselage of a bi-plane, identifiable as the first Italian fighter plane, whose wings, connected by a vertical strut, and a wheel are also visible. The tipping of the wing suggests that the plane is in flight, and a moon in the upper left corner confirms this. The right side has been described as an assembly of airplane parts, although Sironiís narrative intention, if any, is rendered mysterious by a clipping from a Spanish publication pasted in the lower corner.
