With this workshop letters will become the precious subjects of compositions where verbal signs will fuse with material signs, in a playful mix between text and texture. By using stamps and a simple printing technique, participants will have the opportunity to create a graphic manifesto inspired by Futurist art and literature, by sound poetry, and by Bruno Munari’s Alfabetiere. Forms and sounds will find endless patterns, creating combinations, spaces, rhythms and directions for vocals and consonants that will bring these manifestos to life, like a literary architecture.
Thanks to Favini for the paper to be used in the workshop.

February 18, 19, 25, 26, 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
